If you would like to submit product links from platforms not listed above, please contact our customer service team before requesting a quote.
To approve the quote, you will receive a quotation document attached to the email we send you. At the end of the document, you will find a signature section. Please sign the document and reply to the email with the signed file. Your reply will confirm your acceptance of the quote and complete the order placement process.
After you approve the quote, please sign the signature section at the end of the quotation document.
Your signature confirms that you accept the quote and authorize us to proceed with the order. Once signed, you will need to pay the full amount listed on the quotation before we place the order for you.
Yes, you may cancel any item after approving the quote before it shipped out from China.
However, a fee will be charged. We will deduct either 30% of the item’s value or the return shipping cost—whichever is higher—along with the full service fee associated with that item. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
There is no minimum order amount.
However, most shipping methods have a starting charge based on a minimum weight, typically 0.5 kg or 1 kg.

You may update the quantity only. A revised quotation will be issued after the update.
For any other changes, please contact customer support first to cancel the existing quote request and then submit a new one.
