  • For shipping charges, the greater value between the actual weight and the volumetric weight (vw) will be used. The volumetric weight is calculated using the formula:

    • Length * Width * Height (cm) / 6000 = VW (kg)​

  • Any fraction of a kilogram is rounded up and charged as a full kilogram.​

  • Maximum 400 kilograms per cube

Duties & Taxes & Other Charges:

  • ​For any item with a unit value exceeding CAD 190, the portion above this amount will be subject to 10% duty and 5% GST. If declared as a purchase, the full market value may be taxed accordingly.

  • Canada Border Services Agency has announced that all mattresses will incur 146% anti-dumping duty plus a    CAD 35 per-unit fee based on the declared value.​

Insurance (Optional) & Compensation:

  • ​5% of the item's declared value.​

  • Maximum insurable value of $950 (purchase proof is required; over-declared values are not accepted).

  • ​If insurance is not purchased, the maximum compensation is CAD 100 per shipment, covering all packages combined.

Other Services:

  • Wooden Crate Service:

    • Warehouse wooden crating: CAD 54.99 per cubic meter, minimum CAD 14.99 per crate.​

    • CAD 16.99 for a standard-size 1.2m x 1m wooden pallet.

    • All packages that require wooden crating will incur a CAD 40.99 fumigation fee, including wooden crates in the original package. The fee is charged per shipment, regardless of pallet quantity, for a maximum of CAD 40.99.

  • Oversized Item Handling​

    • For items exceeding 3m in length, an additional        CAD 2.99 per 0.1m will be charged.​

    • Items exceeding 55cm in girth cannot be re-packaged.

  • Return

    • CAD 4.99 + shipping fee for each returned item.​

    • ​CAD 4.99 fee will be applied per package for any request to change the selected shipping method.

  • Perishable Goods & High-Temperature Items

    • Such as chocolate and other meltable products.​

  • Flammable or Hazardous Chemicals​

    • Including but not limited to: lighters, matches, gasoline, paint, spray cans, perfumes, nail polish, and similar chemicals.​

  • Batteries & Power Banks​

    • Loose batteries, power banks, rechargeable batteries.

    • Toys or devices containing built-in batteries (Shipments over 10,000mAh require pre-approval)​

  • Human Body-Related Items​

    • Cosmetics and skincare products - excluding sheet masks - that are applied directly to the skin​

  • Plants, Seeds, Soil, and Related Agricultural Items​

    • ​Seeds, live plants, soil, or dried plant products​

  • Contact lenses​

  • ​Human, Animal, or Plant Biological Materials

    • ​Items containing biological components or samples, including hairpieces, specimens, taxidermy items, or preserved biological materials.

    • ​Packages exceeding 300 cm on any side must be confirmed with customer service before shipping.

  • Return

    • CAD 4.99 + shipping fee for each returned item.​

    • ​CAD 4.99 fee will be applied per package for any request to change the selected shipping method.
