These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website linkonow.com (the "Website"), operated by LinkoNow Ltd. ("LinkoNow", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. By accessing or using the Website or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or our services.
2. Scope of Services
LinkoNow operates an online platform that provides assisted purchasing, order placement, and cross-border logistics coordination services for products sourced from third-party marketplaces located outside Canada, including but not limited to platforms based in Mainland China (the "Third-Party Platforms").
Users authorize LinkoNow to place orders on their behalf using funds collected from the user. LinkoNow acts solely as an agent for purchasing and logistics coordination and does not manufacture goods or own inventory. Title to goods passes directly from the third-party seller to the user, subject to the seller’s applicable terms.
For shipments destined for the United States, goods may be routed through Canada for consolidation and cross-border transfer before final delivery by third-party courier partners.
All products and logistics services are fulfilled by independent third-party sellers and carriers and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Website.
4. User Responsibilites
By using the Website, you agree that you authorize LinkoNow to place orders and arrange logistics on your behalf using funds you provide; you are solely responsible for the legality, compliance, and admissibility of the items ordered, including destination-country regulations; you accept that customs outcomes, inspections, delays, seizures, or confiscations are beyond LinkoNow’s control; and you understand that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are determined by third-party sellers and may change without notice.
5. Third-Party Services and Logistics
The Website may contain links or redirects to third-party platforms, logistics providers, payment processors, or other external services.
Logistics services arranged by LinkoNow are fully managed and fulfilled by independent third-party logistics providers. Users are not required to establish direct relationships or accounts with such providers.
LinkoNow does not control or endorse any third-party platform or logistics provider; is not responsible for the content, policies, pricing, fulfillment performance, customs compliance, or conduct of third parties; and bears no liability for disputes, losses, delays, seizures, penalties, or damages arising from third-party products or logistics services.
All third-party services are governed solely by their respective terms and conditions.
6. Pricing, Fees, Duties, and Taxes
LinkoNow collects payment from users for service fees, assisted purchasing, and cross-border logistics coordination. Fees will be disclosed prior to order confirmation.
Users acknowledge and agree that LinkoNow collects funds as an agent for purchasing and logistics coordination; product prices, seller charges, shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, penalties, or other charges are determined by third parties; shipments to the United States may transit through Canada prior to cross-border export and final last-mile delivery; all customs declarations, import compliance, and payment of duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the user unless otherwise expressly stated in writing; and services are provided in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of relevant third-party sellers and logistics providers.
7. No Warranties
The Website and all content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkoNow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkoNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to use or inability to use the Website; transactions with third-party platforms or logistics providers; fully managed logistics services provided by third parties; customs delays, inspections, seizures, confiscations, or penalties, including those related to prohibited or restricted items; or errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in third-party information.
LinkoNow bears no responsibility or liability for prohibited, restricted, or non-compliant items shipped through the platform.
In no event shall LinkoNow’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user to LinkoNow in the six months preceding the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and layout, is the property of LinkoNow Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
10. Privacy Policy
LinkoNow respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws in British Columbia and Canada, including the Personal Information Protection Act.
10.1 Information We Collect

LinkoNow reserves the right to interpret these Terms to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, LinkoNow’s interpretation shall prevail, provided that such interpretation is reasonable and consistent with applicable laws.
LinkoNow may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
